这些状态数据从哪里来？多久更新一次？
数据来自第三方公开聚合服务 TensorFeed，它每 2 分钟轮询各 AI 平台的官方状态页（如 status.anthropic.com、status.openai.com）。本站每 30 分钟同步一次，23 家平台的当前状态、7 天可用率与每日历史快照均落库后由服务器直接渲染，不依赖浏览器实时请求。
「运行正常」「部分降级」「故障」分别代表什么？
运行正常表示官方状态页报告全部组件可用；部分降级表示存在部分组件异常或性能下降（如个别区域、单个模型接口）；故障表示官方状态页报告整体不可用。状态未知一般是官方状态页暂时无法访问或未提供明确状态。
可用率是怎么计算的？
可用率由数据源按 2 分钟一次的轮询结果统计：统计窗口内状态为「正常」的轮询次数占比。例如 7 天内 4643 次轮询中有 4602 次正常，可用率即约 99.12%。「轮询」列是该窗口的总次数，「宕机时长」按降级/故障轮询折算为分钟。
和厂商官方状态页有什么区别？
官方状态页只反映单一厂商，且各家用词、粒度不一致；本页把多家平台放在同一口径下横向对比，并保留近 90 天逐日状态，适合排查「是我本地网络问题还是平台挂了」，也便于选型时对比稳定性。遇到计费、额度类报错，仍建议以厂商官方状态页与公告为准。
为什么有的平台没有延迟数据？
延迟（TTFB）由数据源的探测节点发起真实 API 调用测得。部分平台对免费探测请求限流（返回 429），或需要付费额度才能调用，样本不足时就不展示，以免给出误导性的延迟数字。
故障事件流里的「影响分级」和「处理建议」是什么意思？
这两项由数据源侧用 Claude Haiku 对原始状态页事件做分诊后给出，本站只做镜像展示，不做二次判断。影响分级：提示级 < 轻微 < 严重 < 危急，表示对可用性的影响程度；处理建议：无需处理 / 持续观察 / 稍后重试 / 立即切换备用 / 上报处理，是给调用方的动作提示。分级为「轻微」时通常只是延迟抖动或个别区域异常，不必急着切模型。
事件流为什么比状态页的当前状态更有用？
当前状态只反映「此刻」，而事件流保留了「发生过什么、持续多久、影响哪些能力」。例如某个 API 今天报错但官方状态页已恢复，当前状态会显示正常，事件流仍能看到上午 10:05 起持续 16 分钟的降级记录，便于回溯报错时间点、判断是否与自己遇到的问题是同一件事。本站的事件记录会本地累积，比数据源的免费窗口更长。
